Performance Consultation: $50/hr. Phone call or in person. Need help understanding how to improve your performance? Have training questions? Need help figuring out where to go next? This is the option for you
Consultation and Performance Prescription: $100 one time. Phone call and performance recommendation document.
Program design and consult. $150/month
Full program design and unlimited consults: $250/month
In person power testing-$100 per session. Includes power testing (either max power/anaerobic power or FTP testing) and a consult with results.
In person intro to weightlifting: $50/hr. Discounts available for paying for multiple session upfront
Personal training sessions: $50/hr. Discounts available for paying for multiple session upfront
Mountain bike skills sessions: $50/hr for private sessions
