For those of you that don’t know her, I wanted to take a minute and tell you all about the better half of Fryer Performance and introduce you to Steph. @stephsfryer is the mover and shaker behind the scenes. Steph’s experience is a wild ride, so hang on while I give you the run down. Gymnast for 14 years, collegiate xc (running) and cycling, collegiate polevault. Post collegiate professional polevaulter, track cycling sprinter, and World Cup pistol shooter. She has been a high school, division I and division III collegiate track and field coach. She’s been a j.o. And recreational gymnastics coach. She has a undergrad in psychology and a masters degree in sport science. After taking a some time off from coaching to train for the 2016 Olympic trials and having our two girls, she’s back and her athlete list has been filling up quickly. Steph specializes in sport specific strength and conditioning, track and field (polevault and sprints), gymnastics, mental performance and distance running (5k to marathon), and general health and wellness. It’s been 3.5 months/ 14 weeks/ 98 days / 2352 hours ... however you want to look at it... since I broke my wrist in a silly little fall during my race run at MSA. I couldn’t be more stoked to say I have finally been cleared to move my wrist and ride my mountain bike again ❤️. It’s so hard to describe what it feels like to do what you love again after an injury... but, I can’t get wait to feel that joy again this weekend!!! • • •
